Job Description

• Technical and administrative responsibilities of all services of this health center
• Receiving a physical examination and patient history
• Providing preventive and treatment services for patients and diagnosis and treatment according to national standards
• Diagnosis and treatment of outpatients
• Considering the necessity of patients, writing appropriate prescription
• Providing health education to patients during examination and diagnosis.
• Efforts to increase the level of professional knowledge and strengthen their professional skills and national guidelines in the field of quality health services
• Registering and maintaining related reports and documents
• Team Management.
• Maintaining patients’ confidentiality and respecting their human dignity.
• Ensure the proper registration of patient’s information.
• Providing patients with information on medication usage and recommendations for follow-up visits.
• Examining patients and referring complex cases to the hospital.
• Ensuring that all team members are performing their duties correctly in the field.
• Ensuring that all medications, therapeutic foods, and non-medical equipment’s are available.
• Reporting health information by using standardized HMIS forms.

General:

• Develop a strong relationship with all coworkers, seeking to be an example self-sacrifice, positive outlook and integrity
• Maintain an attitude of respect and service towards all beneficiaries, clients and community members.  
• Maintain an attitude of learning that continuously seeks to grow in professional skills and language learning and cultural understanding of the target community and co-workers
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
