Job Description

  1. Conduct baseline surveys on community, develop and implement community mobilization plan.
  2. To contribute in community and project selection, beneficiaries’ identification.
  3. Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
  4. Mobilizing the targeted beneficiaries for the smooth implementation of project.
  5. Develop training materials in required language and deliver to the targeted communities and beneficiaries.
  6. Support the project to generate qualitative and quantitative data of project progress and submit to the manager on monthly basis.
  7. Conducting meeting with the community elders and  headed including projects beneficiaries.
  8. Keep project updated on the progress of the projects activities and any issues that may arise during the course of project implementation that need project attention.
  9. Assisting in preparing monthly plan and report each month.
  10. Assisting in preparing case studies during each month.
  11. Actively participate and facilitate project events

Job Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in social sciences. Specific training in a field relevant to project management will be an asset.
  • At least three to four years of experience in a similar position is required.
  • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (Ms. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Fluency in oral and written Dari, and Pashto
