  1. About RAWNAQ:

The RAWNAQ project is an EU-funded project which is implemented by the Norwegian Refugee Council and Cordaid. The program aims to create employment opportunities for Internally Displaced People and Returnees through private sector development initiatives. The project has started in January 2020 and will continue till June 2023, implemented in Herat and Kandahar cities of Afghanistan.

The project has two pillars; provision of technical assistance and constant BDS support to micro, small and medium enterprises ((M)SMEs) to further grow, expand and scale-up business operations and undertake innovative solutions to overcome challenges in the selected value chains,  and, on the other hand, supporting youth from displaced and vulnerable host communities/families living in those areas to secure and retain decent jobs in these MSMEs.  

Job Description

Welcome and greet all patients and visitors at the clinicRegister new clients and updating existing client demographicsFacilitate patient flow and reducing bottlenecks, support screening and triageRespond to patient inquiriesSupport affective triage by alterProtects client confidentiality by ensuring health information is secured and not leaving the computer unattendedResponsible for the overall data management and record keeping at the health facilityCollaborate closely with medical doctors, HIS officer and other health providersSupport HIS officer in preparing different types of reports  Daily entry in online system (Commcare) and submitting to HIS officerCorrection and address of the given comment through online system.Sharing of good action photos and consent forms with HIS Officer in weekly base.Any other task assigned by supervisor
 
 
 
 

Job Requirements

Graduated from 14 class IT,  BCS or related field will be an asset.Two years’ relevant working experienceProficiency in the use Smartphone tablets,Ability to enter daily data through commcare application.Demonstrated experience and high attention to detailsExcellent organization skills: the ability to work independently and productively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with healthcare administrationExperience with data entry, data collection
