About Emergency Care Organization for Humanity ECOH

Introduction:
ECOH, working with WFP, is hiring a Project Supervisor/Monitor to ensure effective supervision and monitoring of field activities under the GFA project in Nangarhar and Kunar.

Job Description

  • Manage and control the crowd at distribution points to ensure order and safety.
  • Assist in organizing beneficiary queues and maintaining a calm environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff to address any issues or disruptions.
  • Ensure that all beneficiaries are treated fairly and with respect.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to the Project Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in crowd management or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Fluency in local languages (Pashto/Dari) is essential.
