Community Action for Healing Poverty Organization (CAHPO) is Afghanistan-based NGO (www.chapo.com ) has been established in 2013 by a group of expertise in support of professional advisers and volunteers in response to the needs. was that people affected by different means of violence should be involved in decision-making for positive change in the development process of the country.
CAHPO is a member of different coordination bodies E.g ACBAR where we share our programs with other NGOs and partners. CAHPO is an active partner of UN OCHA, AHF, and FAO.
Assignment.
The Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM) officer assists the Appraisal, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit (AMEU) to improve accountability within CAHPO Afghanistan projects with a regular recording of complaints from beneficiaries. The AMEU is an independent unit within CAHPO that is overseen directly by the Program manager.
Responsibilities:
Managing CAHPO-FAO project in Ourzgan province CRM (Complaint Response Mechanism )
Receiving calls from project’s beneficiaries
Recording the complaints in the CRM database
Complaints analysis and follow-ups
Spot-check calls to the project beneficiaries
Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Program amanger.
High School graduate, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Fluency in English and local languages (Dari and Pashtu)
Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office package, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience with additional database and data analysis software preferred.
