The Project Manager will assume the key responsibility of overseeing and directing all phases of a construction project. This entails effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing all construction activities comprehensively. In close collaboration with engineers and supervisors, the Project Manager plays a crucial role in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring timely completion. Furthermore, the Project Manager ensures that the project remains within the predefined budget and scope, while delivering the expected results and benefits.
In addition, the Project Manager bears the responsibility of generating and developing reports for both the head office and provincial levels. With the project's oversight spanning from initiation to completion, the Project Manager must demonstrate proficient analytical skills to assess cost-effectiveness and address any challenges that may emerge throughout the project's lifecycle.
