Community Action for Healing Poverty Organization (CAHPO) is Afghanistan-based NGO (www.chapo.com ) has been established in 2013 by a group of expertise in support of professional advisers and volunteers in response to the needs. was that people affected by different means of violence should be involved in decision-making for positive change in the development process of the country.
CAHPO is a member of different coordination bodies E.g ACBAR where we share our programs with other NGOs and partners. CAHPO is an active partner of UN OCHA, AHF, and FAO.
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Community Workers are responsible for managing the social mobilizer, working with the communities facilitating the processes of project implementation for each outputs as well as surveying, preparing profiles, and entering the data in Kobo.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

This position requires a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or 2-5 years of experience focused in agriculture with experiences in community mobilization, demand-driven projects, participatory planning and rural/community development. Training in community mobilization and rehabilitation required. Training experience of impoverished rural areas. Capacity to undertake travel to rural areas is needed. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written. Effectively coordinate with community and district, the program activities. This position requires excellent command of Pashto and English. This post requires a high computer literacy with a full knowledge of Office applications.
