Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct community sensitization on the project goal, objectives, and beneficiaries آگاهی دهی مستفیدین در مورد اهداف و مقاصد پروژه
• Serve as the primary focal point for Concern at the community level
• Liaise with nutrition clinics در ارتباط بودن با کلینیک های سو تغذی
• Identifying HHs with children under 5 year old who have severe acute malnutrition and through the local mechanism to refer to clinics for SAM treatment. تشخیص نان آور خانه با اطفال زیز سن 5 سال که سوه تغذی هستند
• Support in the  provision of the minimum package of health services to households  who have a child under 5 who are admitted for SAM treatment
• Distribute WASH kits to households with children under 5 who are admitted for SAM treatment  توزیع کیت های واش به
• Deliver hygiene promotion messages to target households s of children with SAM through mother and father support groups at the community level.
• Conduct MUAC assessment and referral at the community level
• Attend in any training  where deemed necessary particularly MUAC
• Deliver  hygiene promotion messages to households receiving family hygiene kits.
• Provide support to the project officer and MEAL team for delivery of other activitiesحمایت مسول پروژه و تیم نظارت و ارزیابی در ارایه ای فعالیت های دیگر       

Reporting and Monitoring:

• With support of the line manager, develop and submit accurate monthly and weekly work plans and reports to the WASH Project Officer.
• Monitor WASH infrastructure repair progress AHF WASH project.

Networking:

• Liaise with relevant government departments and NGOs at district level.

• Coordinate with community leaders and nutrition clinic staff for completion of project activities
• Liaise with logistic and finance team for all logistical and financial related issues

Reporting and communication:

• Develop and submit accurate monthly work plans and reports to WASH officer.
• Oral and written communication in Dari and other local languages.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience using digital devices such as computer and DDG preferred but not required
