1- cash checks during the conduct of transactions
2- Accept cash and checks for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip.
3. Process cash withdrawals
4. Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures.
5. Balance cash drawer throughout the day with final balancing at end of day.
6. Answer inquiries regarding checking, savings accounts, and other bank related products.
7. Checks banknotes received on validity
8. Regularly check and monitor the cash position and ensure that physical cash is tallying with the system .
9. Count all available physical cash in the TILL at the closure of every working day.
10. Ensure strict control over the cash deposit and withdrawal
11. Resolve issues and problems with customer accounts at the level of cash activities.
12. Processing of Account to Account Transfers, Exchange transfers etc accurately .
13. Applying accurate fees and charges accurately on the transactions where applicable.
14.. Report any deficiencies/ suspicions activities and suspicious transactions.
15. Processing customer site visit when required.
16. Proper counting of cash at the end of the day for closure of the day.
Bachelor Degree in finance, administration or accounting.
At least 2 Years experiaence as cashier with national or internaitonal NGOs
Good Communication Skill
Good Mathematics, finance and cash counting skills
Calculation Skills
Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English
Analytical skills for message interpretation
