About Bayan University

Bayan University began its activities in 2014 with the permission of the Ministry of Higher Education with the aim of providing educational services. It is also determined to continuously contribute to the development of the scientific community by providing educational services in the two fields of law and economics.

Job Description

  1. Applicants must have sufficient experience and the ability to design and deliver capacity-building programs.
  2. Fluency in national languages (Pashto and Dari) is mandatory.
  3. Educational documents must be complete and verifiable.
  4. Familiarity with modern teaching methods and the use of educational technology.
  5. Strong skills in planning, organizing, and enhancing the capacities of individuals and teams

 

  1. متقاضی باید دارای تجربه کافی و توانایی طراحی و تدریس برنامه‌های ارتقای ظرفیت باشد.
  2. تسلط به زبان‌های ملی (پشتو و دری) الزامی است.
  3. اسناد تحصیلی باید تکمیل و قابل تأیید باشد.
  4. آشنایی با روش‌های نوین آموزش و استفاده از فناوری‌های آموزشی.
  5. توانایی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی برای ارتقای مهارت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های شرکت‌کنندگان

Job Requirements

  • Designing and delivering training programs aimed at capacity building.
  • Conducting educational sessions and practical workshops.
  • Assessing training needs and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Preparing training reports and offering feedback to participants and management

  • طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی برای ارتقای ظرفیت افراد و تیم‌ها.
  • برگزاری جلسات آموزشی و کارگاه‌های عملی.
  • ارزیابی نیازهای آموزشی و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهبود.
  • تهیه گزارش‌های آموزشی و ارائه بازخورد به شرکت‌کنندگان و مدیریت
