Main responsibilities:
1. Handle inquiries and requests from the customer and address their needs, etc.
2. Stay on the top of account, making sure they receive service that are within their budget and meet their needs.
3. Meet regularly with other team members to discuss the progress and find new ways to improve business.
4. Generate progress the reports for client and senior leaders within the organisation.
5. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal apporunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
1. Bachelor degree or above,
2. At least 4-7 years working experience
3. Professional experience in business & sales or customer service role.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
