The position of Branches Manager is to achieve quality business growth for Aurum Afghanistan’s branch within assigned territory. The responsibilities incorporate Customer Service, marketing, sales and generate new business leadas for Aurum Afghanistan through existing and new customers.
Providing introductory information to exist and new customers
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
Escalating queries and concerns
Maintain adequate customers filing system in the branch.
Participates in various marketing campaigns. Identifies internal and external business development opportunities.
Generate sales leads for Top up and Aurum Afghanistan products.
Monitoring Aurum Afghanistan Transaction within the branch.
Provides the highest level of customer service in a positive, courteous and enthusiastic manner to customers/clients and the community.
Responsible for overall operation of the branch
Maintain and update customer contact bases and ensure achievement of all promotional sales targets through effective sales referral process.
Ensure compliance to all cash transactions according to required procedures and performance standards and assist to balance all transactions at end of shift.
Monitor and ensure compliance to branch cash control and security requirements and maintain knowledge on all company products and services and update knowledge when required
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Retail performance reports for submission to operations department
Identify current and prospective sales and expansion opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Meet business goals and targets
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Any other tasks/ assignment to be provided by the line manager
