• Research to capture insights on market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and end-user behaviors.
• Create, maintain, and update current Competitive Insights and share with all stakeholders
• Monitor intelligence sources (blogs, media, competitors’ websites, webinars, conference sessions/trade shows, and calls for papers), making connections between disparate data.
• Collect information from EA customers as well as competition customers.
• Conduct telemarketing and telesales campaigns as per management request
• Proactive Retention Campaigns for dormant customers and find reasons for their dormancy.
• Upsell bundles and promotions as per the marketing plan
• Provide information to the VHV customers about EA coverage, P&S, or promotions
• Collect and capture customers’ claims and complaints and try to address them by sharing them with related departments for further action, if required.
• Profiling of VHV and HV customers.
• Support Customer care and Sales through – customers who ask for service cancellation or come to Flagships with serious complaints. Coordinate with other departments for complaints resolution.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Fresh graduates with Excellent English Communication Skills will be given priority.
High School graduate with one year of relevant experience.
