MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for technical direction and implementation of strategies and interventions—including ongoing coaching and mentoring— to increase the effectiveness in governance and management to achieve a more participatory, transparent, and accountable organizational culture, as well as to project management and operations capacity within supported NGO management teams for improved planning, management, and execution of priority health and social welfare interventions. He (She) is part of the project technical team and serves as key personnel related to the health leadership, management, and governance and reports directly to Principal Advisor for Organizational Capacity Building but works together with other technical advisors of the project to collaborate on achieving project objectives.
