Job Description:

  • Manage administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment
  • Drafting of official letters, receive and file incoming/ outgoing letters, documents.
  • Provide effective and efficient supervise to administrative staff of sub office.
  • Ensure that profiles and job descriptions for Admin and logistic department are well defined and implemented
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and monthly administration activity report.
  • Perform on the job training of sub ordinates so that, one or two of them can act as replacement in his/her absence.
  • Planning, directing, distributing and supervising the work of the admin and logistics department;
  • Frequent travel to the field offices to support, monitor, and guide the admin and logistics colleagues.
  • Prepare, organize and handle all tax documents, reports and statements
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ensure rules and procedures in place regarding working hours, lunch, office closure and communications about security
  • Prepare and manage lease agreements.
  • Ensure full implementation of AADA's personnel and administration manuals, policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Take part in the project field activities to meet the program standards and undertake any other tasks when asked by the supervisors
  • Identify and report immediately any problem which interferes in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to his/her immediate supervisor.
 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized university
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skill is essential and must.
  • Fluent in local languages and strong interpersonal skills in English.
  • At least two years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to work alongside others under stressful conditions in conflict-prone situations
