Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision and guidance of Admin & Logistics Manager, the Admin & Logistics Assistant serves and support the WCUK all Admin & Logistics activities in line with the organization set forth Procurement, Logistics and Admin policies and procedures. The ALA assures providing extensive and day to day Supply, Logistics, Admin and Fleet Management support to all Badghis / Ghor office functions and ensuring all procedures including the one from donors are compliant by staff carrying out different activities.

University Degree in Economics.
4 Years’ experience in Procurement, Logistics, and Administration.
Understanding of the full cycle of procurement from liaising with vendors to implementing procurement process to compliance with policies and processes.
Proficiency in English, Pashto and Dari languages is highly essential, [i.e., reading, writing and speaking]
Computer literate and strong organization skills.
Excellent sense of judgment, ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and ability to Able to work effectively with a wide variety of people from various backgrounds,
Objective, reliable individual with effective verbal and written communications skills,
Accountable to their own works.
Ability to be flexible and can work under pressure.
Having technical or skilled operational skills or standard administrative skills
Having technical knowledge or expertise but would mostly rely on more senior staff for decision making.
Mostly reactive but expected to demonstrate some autonomy in interpreting work plans in order to deliver works.
