Job Description

From its earliest beginnings in 1995 Afghanpharma has been known for the quality of it's products and services and earned a good reputation as the MAJOR SUPPLIER of wide range of pharmaceuticals, Medical Equipments, laboratory, healthcare products and consumable, in all over Afghanistan in both private sector as well as governmental section.


Being in such position, Afghanpharma is in cooperation and direct connection with the world prime companies. Our products and services are visible in 42 easily accessible agencies covering whole Afghanistan; supported by extensive warehouses and in the future by one of the finest fabrication facilities in Afghanistan.

 

Job Description:

  • Make arrangements for meetings, trainings and workshops as requested.
  • Receive visitors to the office in a polite and helpful way.
  • Manage Cooks and Cleaners.
  • Arrange for postal, courier or personal delivery of items when required.
  • Copy and scan documents as requested.
  • Receive postal deliveries, maintain post register and distribute items accordingly.
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence as requested.
  • Monitor staff’s daily attendance records and report anomalies to the management at month end.
  • Show complete discretion in all matters concerning Afghanpharma staff.
  • Review the newspapers on a daily basis and collect any articles of relevance to Afghanpharma operations, Country’s security situation and any other information etc.
  • Responsible for taking the meeting minutes and distribute accordingly among the participants

Assist in the smooth running of the office by understanding other tasks as requested which are relevant to Afghanpharma activities and personal skills

 

Job Requirements

  • Should have degree in business administration, bachelors degree in business administration, or related fields with 3 years experience.
  • Previous experience in the same position
  • Experience working with a Pharmaceutical company or group company
  • Good PR skills
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and be well organised
  • Proactive approach and desire to learn.
  • Ability to develop and maintain both internal and external relationships.
  • Flexible in working hours ensure your functions are covered during your absence at any time
  • Good computing skills.
  • Honest and open.
  • Use of common sense.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English.
