Overview of position
Treatment of severe acute malnutrition (SAM) is one of the key components of PND activities serviced through BPHS NGOS. It is primarily implemented in the emergency affected provinces where the prevalence of SAM is high. The services will be expanded as part of emergency response once there is emergency induced SAM cases. Therapeutic nutrition supplies (e.g F-75, F-100 and RUTF) are core elements of the services. PND manage the overall supply chain including forecasting, requesting, distributing, and collecting the reports on a quarterly basis.
Purpose of the post:
The main objective of this assignment is to support PND to manage quality IMAM services delivery as inpatient care and outpatient care. Also, to manage the therapeutic supply and minimize the nutrition supply stock outs through improved nutrition supply management system. The technical assistance will also be responsible for emergency related activities in PND including coordinating with Nutrition cluster.

CTG requires a dynamic experienced self-motivated Account Manager who can support the Deputy Country Director and Sr. Account Manager in managing current operations and the business development and client growth of our Afghanistan business.
The successful candidate will support the Deputy Country Director and Sr. Account Managers in running the operations for CTG’s Afghanistan office. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of client services including:
• Source recruit and on-boarding new project staff ensuing that CTG’s objectives of achieving gender parity in its staff numbers are adhered to Independently manage projects on behalf of our clients
• Maintain Human Resource records
• Deal with daily consultant and client enquiries
• Maintain CTG consultant databases and relevant documentation
• Support payroll preparation
• Ensure all staff operate in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Liaise closely with the CTG Afghanistan’s Security and Risk Management Team to ensure CTG’s high standard of Duty of Care is consistently applied
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
• Maintain recruitment procedures that comply with Afghanistan labour law
The Account Manager should expect to travel to different provinces of Afghanistan security allowing. There will on occasion be a requirement to travel to CTG’s Headquarter in Dubai.
Job Requirements:
8 of demonstrable relevant Human Resources or Years Qualification:
• Bachelors degree essential; master’s degree desirable Work experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of demonstrable relevant Human Resources or Project Management experience.
• Some experience and knowledge of monitoring and evaluation would be advantageous.
• Experience working with the United Nations or on other large donor funded project and programmes.
• Experience working for a global international organization.
• A knowledge of humanitarian and international development protocols and practices.
Geographical experience:
• This position is only open to Afghan Nationals
Languages:
• Fluency in Dari or Pashto with knowledge of the other language. Excellent written and spoken English.
